From the beach to the disco...

A2 kicked off February with SFBTA's 2019 Annual Conference at the beautiful Boca Resort. Between an impactful keynote speaker like Tom Ricketts, Executive Chairman of the Chicago Cubs, and fresh & fun cocktail receptions at night, the event was a great success! One of our favorite parts of planning the conference is, of course, getting creative with the looks for the nighttime events. See how we repurposed the same elements to create two totally different reception looks - from Neon Nights day one to Havana Nights the next!

When our client requested a Studio 54 inspired Disco Party, we were so excited to think out of the box & make their vision come to life. We knew there had to be plenty of disco balls and moving lighting as a base, but then we added pops of their corporate colors + gold through the furniture and florals. We think no disco party is complete without roller skaters, so we did just that and brought them and a mirror man too! With mermen on the infinity dance floor, incredible food & an awesome DJ spinning throwback tunes, it's safe to say the guests were really wowed by this disco!
